HR & Admin Manager [DongGuan]

Our client is a multinational company with the representative office in China
 
Job Title: HR Manager
Working location: Dong guan
 
Duties:
1.     Provide  general  HR  support  such  as  recruitment,  interview, staffing,  performance  management,  staff  relations,  salary  review  &  benefits  review  exercises  etc
2.     Maintain  and  update  accurate  data  such  as  personnel  records,  company operation and documentation,  attendance  records,  staff  movement  report,  filing,  etc;  Coordinate  staff  training  programs  and  update  training  programs 
3.     Assisted organizing company events e.g.  annual  dinner, outing and all relevant activities
4.     Responsible  for  new  joiner's  administration  duties  including  orientation,  physical  check-up  appointment,  employment  contract  preparation, expats & foreign staff profile management etc.
5.     Perform  other  ad-hoc  HR  projects  as  assigned  by  GM
6.     Prepare HR & management regular reports & analysis to improve the HR system and company operation.
 
Requirements:
1.     College Degree  or  above  with  major  in  human  resources  management  or  other  related  field.
2.      At  least  5  years'  hands-on  experience  in  HR  functional  management,  preferably  with  some  supervisory  experience
3.     Exposure  in  manufacturing or representative office  is preferred
4.     With  relevant  experience  gained  from  multi-national  companies  is  preferable
5.     Good  knowledge  of  China  Labor  Law  and  Regulations
6.     Mature  with  good  communication  and  interpersonal  skills
7.     Self-motivated,  detail-minded,  well-organized  and  able  to  work  independently  under  pressure  and  perform  multi-task
8.     Fluent written and spoken English
9.     Good computer skills.
