Job Description
Based in Shenzhen you will be tasked with the provision of award winning engineering and product development capabilities for a range of fortune 100 clients and own brand products. From concept to mass production you will play an integral role in the successful commercialization of these new products. Through your engineering and project management teams you will manage multiple programs, including co – development activities, across the different business units, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated across functions, schedules are met and the best products launched.

The Successful Applicant
As the technical lead, you will be degree qualified with 15 years experience in the resolution of product and engineering issues including tooling. An exceptional leader, you will have consistently demonstrated the vision and dedication required to realize new products for the global market. Exceptional communication skills in English are a perquisite and Mandarin or Cantonese would be highly advantageous.
