Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1.Manages and coordinates all activities of the business lines in the areas of project management, product engineering and quality assurance.
2.Manages the team members the successful completion of all assigned projects.
3.Optimize the efficiency of the team and support the transfer of responsibilities from overseas HQ
4.Facilitates running line product improvements in order to minimize consumer complaints, product returns, and to provide the safest and most reliable product to our customers.
5.Proactively drives product cost reduction efforts and reduction of development expenses
6.Monitors completed projects to insure the projects expected results are achieved.
7.Prepares status reports to advise management and divisions of the progress on projects within the Business Unit team.
8.Ensures that direct reports are appropriately trained in company policies and procedures related to their assigned responsibilities.
9. Other relevant tasks assigned

Requirements:
1.Minimum 7+ years in product development & project management
2.University / College degreee with maor in Engineering & Mechanical is strongly preferred
3.Background with toys, sport, baby, mechnics or plastic products will be strongly preferred.
4.Can read and understand Autocad drawings and understand furniture structure
5.Good communication with fluent written and spoken English is essential
6. Strong leadership with good managing expereince is essential
