Title: Plant Operation Manager

Duties:
1. Develop and track monitoring systems relevant to the BU. Emphasis on Workcell cost-reduction and to all individuals and continuous improvement is being achieved.
2. Ensure cost-effective management of all materials and plant property relating
3.Be a key player in the sizing process. Ensure that the plant signs up for the most aggressive, yet achievable, schedules possible, and reacts quickly to schedule changes. Help to plan plantlayouts so that they are set up in a cost-effective manner.
4. Build and maintain an excellent farm club of differing maturity and career track timing.
5.Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.
6.Create a decentralized operation that is organized along project lines and empowers all individuals to make a difference.
7.Maintain a thorough knowledge and indepth field of experience regarding emerging electronic manufacturing technologies, and encourage others to do the same.
8.Work with all levels of the organization to improve quality levels (goal: Zero Defect product). Drive to conclusion all action items assigned to the Workcell.
9.Ensure all levels of the organization are focused on providing the customer with defectfree product and 100% On-Time Delivery.

Requriements:
1.Universitydegree in related field preferred.
2.To be proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the plant operation, with the relevant experience on plant management of 10+ years, industry from EMS/PCBA/Print/Consuming electronics will be strongly preferred
3. Good communication, strong leadership with fluent English both in spoken and written
