HR Manager [Guangzhou]

Our client is a leading integrated communications companies.

Title: HR Manager

Responsibilities£º

  1. Provide a full range of HR consultancy services to our various business units, including recruitment of talent, human-resources planning, compensation and benefits analysis, and career development
  2. Implement competitive performance-linked remuneration and incentive strategies for different types of businesses in South Region
  3. Review, formulate and implement HR systems, policies and practices, ensuring consistency and alignment among different types of businesses in South Region as well as full legal compliance
  4. Work closely with system vendor to enhance and manage an HRMS and payroll system
  5. Understand the business the incumbent is supporting and consult with local line management on people matters

Requirements:

  1. A degree or relevant academic achievement in human-resources discipline with at least 5 years¡¯ experience in a related profession
  2. Practical and sustained HR experience in establishing businesses
  3. A thorough knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
  4. The ability to build good relationships and communications, and to coordinate among key stakeholders, liaise with various business and department chiefs
  5. A high level of integrity and the ability to establish confidence among, and gain credibility with, senior managers and local HR professionals in the region
  6. Solid working knowledge of HR practices in South China are considered an advantage
  7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
