Job title: Merchandising Manager
Working location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

1. Price,  Payment terms and contract terms and conditions negotiation
2. Manage a team of and engineers to find & approve new suppliers and manage the suppliers.
3. Leadtime reduction through process improvement and localization.
4. Set up strategy and lead execution of commodity group to achieve objectives (cost savings, payment term, lead time reduction, etc.)
5. Lead commodity team to handle material shortage, expediting delivery.
6. Supplier consolidation, new product development advanced sourcing, supplier transition.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain / Commerce, engineering, mechanism or other relevant disciplines
2. Good product knowledge in hardlines include toys, enfant, furniture, office solutions, sporting goods etc.
3. Good communication and Human Relations skills with internal colleague in Purchasing, Business Unit, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Suppliers.
4. Senses of commitment and ownership.
5. At least 7 years experience in Procurement with 3 years in managerial level, candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Manager
6. Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken are required for the position.
