Job Deerrorscription: 1. All HR operations support to Joyo delivery service in Shenzhen and future new openings . 2. Jods management and associates hiring to meet the business expansion and daily operations. 3. Hiring strategies making and candidates pool building. 4. Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities. 5. Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing. 6. File and labor contract management. 7. Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and updates to GM. 8. Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task9. Daily office administration
Requirements: 1,University degree or above, major in human resources is a plus 2. Service oriented, excellent communication skills. 3. Familiar with Labor law and all related HR policies in China. 4. Good Excel and MS office skills.5. Good command both written and spoken English 6.Team player, responsible and paitent
