Supply Chain Manager [Shenzhen]

Responsibilities:
1.  Demand planning, logisticis managment, import and export management.
2. Cross-functional managing and coordinating all the activities requested to successfully deliver the company products
3. Responsible for demand planning for the Chinese market, and play the integration role between the sales/commercial and the supply chain managment.
4. In charge of the coordination of import and products selling in China market such according to the local requirements, CCC certifications, custom clearance as well as any other obligation that is legally  requested.
5. Work with Sales, Marketing, Central Planning and Customers to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts and arrange the right delivery
6. Work with distributor and direct retail channel, to collect orders and to understand demand forecast
7. Order management with overseas offices
8. Ensure the products'compliance to the Chinese importation requirements
9. Import and shipping management

Requirements:
1. University degree or above, with major in Logistic preferred
2. 8+ years relevant working expereince,   experinced in importation to China, strong at supply chain management, reputable multinational company background preferred
3. Expereince from toys, infant or juvenile products will be preferred
4. Farmiliar with SAP or other software related to demand planning is preferred
5. Good communication skill and leadership, good verbal and written English required
6. Be able to travel
