Sr. Supply Chain Manager - Shenzhen
The Job & Requirements:
1. Responsible for the supply chain management in order to meet the needs of customer demands by continuously monitoring and chasing production, developing tactics to improve product availability, and ensuring a constant source of supply.
2. Experience in dealing with SKU intensive consumer product lines will be a definite advantage.
3. Proven track record in dealing with over 100 Asian factories with different product capabilities, manufacturing processes and management systems.
4. Manage and lead four department managers & their teams.
5. Proven track record of results dealing with manufacturers with regard to on time delivery of product, meeting price/margin and quality/safety requirements.
6. University graduate with 10+ years working experience in international export trading, sourcing companies at a managerial capacity
7. Fluent Mandarin/English and a good communicator
8. Have an in-depth knowledge in the operation flow, resource allocation and improve organizational efficiency
9. Proactive, detail and organized, able to follow through on-going projects, high level of common sense and can push things through in a dynamic environment
10. Be able to perform multi-task functions, energetic, able to setting priorities and can meet demanding working schedule
11. Result-driven, hard working, be able to handle frequent travel and pressure.
